학습 자료 둘러보기 →The hallmark of Hodgkin's lymphoma is a painless, enlarged lymph node that feels rubbery and movable on palpation. This is most often located in the cervical or supraclavicular region.
Nodes are typically discrete and movable in early stages, reflecting the disease's contiguous spread pattern. Systemic B symptoms (fever, night sweats, weight loss) may or may not be present.
Do not confuse with hard, fixed nodes which suggest metastatic carcinoma, or painful, tender nodes typical of infection. A biopsy is required for definitive diagnosis.
