Analysis of Findings Requiring Immediate Intervention
The sudden onset of confusion, restlessness, and a petechial rash on the chest represents the most urgent clinical deterioration. This combination signals the neurological and cutaneous components of the classical FES triad, with the respiratory component often presenting concurrently or shortly thereafter
