Recognizing that these three signs—hypotension, elevated JVP, and muffled heart sounds—constitute Beck's triad is essential for prompt diagnosis and intervention, as delayed treatment leads to pulseless electrical activity and death [2,4].

The immediate priority is to prepare for emergency pericardiocentesis. Removing even a small amount of fluid (15-20 mL) can dramatically improve cardiac output and blood pressure.

Caution
